Together in Awareness for Environmental Protection
On this day, it is important to reflect to create a common awareness of the problems of contamination, pollution and conservation of the environment to protect the earth.
In view of this situation, the Mozambican Recycling Association (AMOR), has implemented the projects (i) “Citizens, Friends of Environment’’ financed by the European Union and (2) “Integrated Waste Management” financed by UNDP, which aim to provide the public with information on Environmental Education and thus contribute for the sustainable development of Mozambique.
Protect, recover and promote the sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, manage forests sustainably, combat desertification, stop and reverse land degradation and stop biodiversity loss.
Adopt these tips and make Earth Day every day:
- Plant a tree,
- Recycle,
- Enjoy nature,
- Save water,
- Save energy.
