Summary of Activities – February – Beira

During the month of February, AMOR carried the following activities:

On February 9th, AMOR had a meeting with the directors, representatives and focal points of the 11 schools of the 13 invited to present the new project and clarification to the leaders or representatives of the schools that will work together with AMOR for the first time, the meeting was also attended by Dra. Filipa (Focal Poitn of the partners in the SDEJT of Beira. The main objective of this meeting was to present to the other participants the new project that AMOR carries in Beira “Citizens Friends of the Environment” in a period of 2018-2021, and to place the directors of educational institutions alongside with their roles as individuals and as school leaders in the development of the project.

On February 13, AMOR received in its office the heads of the Communities-Based Organizations of Beira, for a meeting to present the project Citizens Friends of the Environment, since these organizations will also be involved in the implementation of the project in a period of 2018-2021.
